Suggested Schedule for Rachael's Runners Workouts
Sometimes we all need help organizing our busy lives. If you’re following the Rachael’s Runners Remote Training Membership, here are some suggestions on how to schedule your workouts, especially if you’re following a supplemental training plan (CrossFit, etc.):
Bottom line is to prioritize your goal for the cycle and make sure those workouts happen when you’re well rested and well fueled. For example, if your goal for your current cycle is to PR in a race, then prioritize your run workouts. If you’re looking to build/maintain endurance while also adding strength, prioritize your strength workouts.
