Workout of the Week: May 21, 2018

Can you make it through 2 rounds? Goal for this workout is to prioritize the runs based on your strength/skill at the next movement. For example, if you are a pullup rockstar, then push the pace on the 400m run before that set. If you struggle on box jumps, use the 400m run beforehand as a recovery.

  • 50 walking lunges/OH weighted walking lunges (45/25)

  • 50 pushups/handstand pushups

  • 50 pullups/Chest to Bar pullups

  • 50 box stepups/box jumps (24/20)

  • 50 air squats/pistols
