Workout of the Week: Nov. 9, 2018
This cycle the Rachael's Runners athletes are focused on run + bodyweight work, with each placed strategically in the workouts to provide benefits for both runners and CrossFitters.
This workout is all about SPEED + an extra grind with our continuation of that bodyweight work. You'll see a relatively long rest between each effort -- that's so that you can run each with high intensity. The air squats will fatigue you for the upcoming run so focus on technique and consistency to maintain pace and intensity.
