Workout of the Week: Oct. 2, 2018

No hills? No problem. This is the Hill Simulator Workout, for all my Florida friends where the only hills are in parking garages!

For time:

- Run 1 mile. Go right into 3 Rounds of:

- 20/leg mountain climbers

- 20 box stepovers. Step up onto the box and step off on the other side. Alternate leading legs.

- After the 3 rounds, row 2k as a cashout.
