Workout of the Week: Dec. 15, 2017
Overspeed Training is a tough workout that will train you to run faster when you're fatigued, whether it's in the middle of a workout or at the end of a race. Try this workout this weekend and let us know how it goes:

- Run the first 400m at 85% effort (faster than your warmup pace; slower than max effort)
- Run the last 400m at 95-98% effort. You should feel a noticeable increase in your speed.
- Each rep is one full 800m; there's no rest between the different efforts.
Rest 3-5 minutes between each 800m -- you should feel nearly full rested (but not cooled down).
