Rachael's Runners Workout of the Week: Nov. 13
This is a partner workout and a long grind. The winning team is the one with the most burpees, so focus on technique and efficiency when you're running/carrying/lunging/rowing. Universally speaking, keep your core engaged, your eyes ahead, and your chest open. If you're doing this workout solo, perform burpees between each movement for the amount it takes you to run your first 800m.
