Week of Oct. 9: Land and Sea

For this workout, Athlete's choice on whether to start with the run or the row. Choose your stronger movement to start, so if you're a better rower than runner, start with the row, and vice versa. Focus on your technique under fatigue for the second round of work. All efforts should be completed at 98% effort. (We save 100% effort for race days.)
