Rachael's Runners Workout of the Week: Oct. 23
I wrote this workout yesterday, and when I woke up today my first thought was "Was that workout too cruel?" But cruel would have been making you get out the dumbbells for just one movement -- you're welcome for the dumbbell burpee deadlifts AND the manmakers. 😘
For this workout, challenge yourself to find your fastest pace on your 400s that still allows you to recover. Focus on your run technique and on holding your body in a good position for the run. Keep your chest open, shoulder blades pulled down toward your back pockets and head neutral. This will also allow you to get as much oxygen as possible. Split all the work with your partner, except for the runs together.
